The MMS Ambassadors went to Wilson Intermediate School on October 27th. The teams visited all of the 5th and 6th grade classrooms and talked about the differences in bullying and showing kindness. The students then participated in an activity where they wrote positive comments on the backs of their classmates. After the activity, the teams asked the students questions, such as: Who are people in your lives that you like to receive praise from?  Are there certain people who hurt us when they criticize or put us down? What are some special ways people praise or compliment each other?

Students were encouraged to be kind to one another and to not use "put downs."
